Did not receive the package after more than two months. Seller had told me to check with local post office for so many times even though Canada Post website always shows package was not in Canada yet.
After almost ten weeks (seller extend “buyer protection twice” for their protection since I did not receive it in 60 days), i submit a dispute in Aliexpress asking for full-refund.
The sellers first response was asking me to “cancel the dispute” and they will “find the package” for me. They had not been able to tell me where it was for ten weeks! They just want to trick the buyer to cancel dispute so that it will go to a forever waiting process.
Aliexpress stepped in and grant my request for full refund.
I understand things got lost by shipping but the attitude and tricks from the seller was unbelievable. They did nothing other than asking me to check, for ten weeks.
I bought another one from different seller and it arrived in ten DAYS!

The video codec needs improvement though; 1 hour full HD video is 12Gb of data! Also at the lowest resolution (VGA) it is still about 6Gb of data.
I bought the DVR including 32Gb card which gives me only 2 hours 45 minutes of recording capacity.
